This quick guide gives you a step by step process on applying for SEAI grant for insulating your attic.
Get up to €1700 from the SEAI Grant for Insulating Your Cavity Walls
All homeowners, including landlords, whose homes were built and occupied before 2011 can apply. This is defined as the date your electricity meter was installed. Grant funding can only be issued once per property for each type of works.
You can apply for funding for home improvements from the SEAI for work completed by Powell Insulation LTD. For Cavity Wall Insulation you can get;
- Apartment: €700
- Mid-Terrace: €800
- Semi Detached or End of Terrace: €1200
- Detached: €1700
